BIPHA SOUTH WALESThe Kit
In order to take part in training sessions and games players must wear a full set of hockey kit, only kit specifically manufactured for Ice Hockey is allowed.
Helmets must carry the North American or Swedish safety certificate sticker.
Each player (Male and female) must have the following items:-
- Helmet (with face guard for under 18 players)
- Body armour
- Gloves
- Abdominal protector (Box)
- Leg guards
- Padded Shorts
- Elbow pads
- Skates, Stick (plus spare if possible)
- Team and Training shirt
- Socks or trousers
- Sweat suit to wear under the kit
- Neck guard (Recommended)
There is a large amount of second hand kit available from other players that is usually in good condition.
