InLine Hockey is a fast and furious team sport played by boys and girls of all ages at many leisure centres and purpose built rinks throughout the country.
With rules similar to ice hockey, inline hockey is a contact sport that requires specially manufactured protective equipment.
Boys and girls play on equal terms in the following age groups: Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, under 21 and Senior. To play within an age group, a player must be under the age limit on the 1st January of the year the season starts.

Britsh In Line Puck Hockey Association
(BIPHA).
Clubs are run by voluntary coaches, referees and officials and training is provided by BIPHA.
Matches - The playing season for league matches starts in September and is completed the following April. League games are played at neutral venues on weekends. This is followed throughout the rest of the summer until June by tournaments and play-offs for the British Championships.
